Ron, I apologize for the delay in writing, but must now send you a response, to your work. I appreciate the prompt and sincere attention to my e-mail inquiries, as well as your patience. My speakers were originally purchased by my now deceased Father, who wanted to give me a gift which I truly would enjoy...for earning straight "A"'s in school. The store from which the speakers were originally purchased is now gone, as is my Father. I worked construction, during the period that the store was expected to come to town, and I paved much of the concrete for their arrival. The speakers had served me well for over twenty years. You and your staff have returned them to their original glory. My daughter and I use them with our movie viewing as well as all other audio experiences and I must say that your work is outstanding and I shall refer you with highest regard to any whom seek such service. - Perry |

want to thank you for the excellent job you did re-foaming my woofers.
I was afraid that after 15 years I'd have buy another pair of studio monitors
(they just don't make them like that any more!), but when I heard them
after you made the repairs I remembered why I bought them in the first
place. The sound was clean and clear--no buzzing, rattling, or muffled
"boom" on the low notes that I had been accustomed to over the last couple of years. Music is very important to me, and I'm not the easiest to please when it comes to good sound. I appreciate how quickly you did the work. I will definitely tell my friends about your service. - Steve A. |

a year ago one of my stereo subs blew the surrounds off of its drivers.
A local audiophile repair shop recommended Neal's Speaker Service for
the repair. I have been extremely pleased with the repair of the sub drivers and the prompt service! Now I'm sending the other set of sub drivers for the same repair. Thanks for keeping these irreplaceable subs alive and kicking!!! - Rod |
